The 2016 Financial Times & McKinsey Business Book of the Year Award was announced last night in London. Awarded annually since 2005, the prize is conferred upon the author whose book best provides insight into the issues and challenges facing contemporary business.

This year’s award went to Sebastian Mallaby for The Man Who Knew: The Life and Times of Alan Greenspan, an in-depth consideration of the impact and legacy of the former Chairman of the Federal Reserve of the United States.
